Set up and ran MYRA Goa, a company owned by Jaydev Mody, to manage Mody's private landholdings across Goa. MYRA Goa was also responsible for the ground-up construction of a 500,000 sqft, 400-key hotel in Tonca, Panjim.

Transformed JOSMO from a workshop into a full-blown furniture design and manufacturing company, scaling from 60 to 350 people. JOSMO now services some of India's biggest 5-star hospitality players. The governance and compliance infrastructure Akshay built there is the same standard applied to SPF.

Co-owner and President of FC Goa, one of the Indian Super League's founding clubs. Managed the business, commercial partnerships, and operations. Built one of India's most recognised grassroots and youth development programs across communities in Goa.

2020 — The Spark

Net Positive Living

During COVID, Akshay began exploring what it means to build homes that give more to the environment than they take. A deep dive into sustainable construction and lifecycle analysis. The seed of Solarpunk Futures.

2021 — The Experiment

Mundo Hill, Salvador do Mundo

Designed a 20-villa sustainable community in Salvador do Mundo, Goa. But the project revealed a fundamental contradiction — you can't call something truly sustainable when it's still built on a material framework of cement and steel. This became the turning point toward alternative materials and construction systems.

2022 — The Rabbit Hole

Earth, Timber, Stone, Lime

Deep immersion into material science. Partnerships with Oxara (Switzerland), Green Jams, the Earth Institute, and Auroville. Compressed earth blocks. Timber framing. Ferrocement. Learning by doing, at personal cost.

2023 — The Infrastructure

Factory + Studio + R&D

Set up the brick factory and studio at Pilerne Industrial Estate, Goa. In-house production of compressed earth blocks. Co-located design lab. The manufacturing backbone of SPF was born.

2024–2026 — The Proof

Aadi Villa + Pipeline

Aadi Villa — SPF's flagship project — under construction, on track for August 2026 completion. A ₹50–60 Cr pipeline materialising. The platform works. Now it's time to scale.

Every asset — factory, studio, equipment, land, R&D — has been funded by Akshay personally, plus the land parcel for Aadi Villa. This is not a founder asking others to take a risk he hasn't taken himself.
